Forelock

Forelock, born Alfredo Puglia, is a prominent figure in the European urban reggae scene. His trips to Jamaica helped him master patois and reggae styles, leading to the production of two albums by Paolo Baldini. He continued to collaborate with his band Arawak, releasing the 2018 album To the Foundation, which explores personal and musical roots, featuring Jamaican artists like Luciano and Micah Shemaiah. In 2019, he reinterpreted this album by focusing on dub, reducing vocals and emphasizing bass and drums with To the Foundation of Dub. That same year, he toured India and collaborated with DUB FX, while his single "Roots & Culture" gained significant popularity on YouTube and Spotify.
